#6 Final destination

We landed in Stone Mountain. 6/21/22.

The three days we spent in Stone Mountain was the hottest three days in the history of hot days. The devil calls there to find out the temperature so he or she (probably she) can set hells temperature for the day. Anyway it was so hot I tried to buy a cloud but couldn’t find a cloud vendor anywhere. Must have been their day off. The main attraction of course is the carving in the mountain. Political issues aside it is pretty impressive. We rode a train around the mountain

and walked around the park. We were a little disappointed that a-lot of the shops weren’t open until 3:00 in the afternoon when the park opens at 11:00 am. If it wasn’t so hot we would have liked to walk more trails. We did have a great lunch looking out at Stone Mountain. Lake at the Commons. I must say that one of my funniest moments was watching my brother in-law dumping his tanks and seeing the gush of Texas tea coming from his sewer hose. I almost Texas teed in my pants. Oh well another great adventure come and gone. We left the 24th and took our time getting home still we had bad traffic and too many accidents. Remember everyone be safe and enjoy your QTL.
